Our website is set up as our showroom and salesperson... think kiosk. We do not have set business hours or sales people. All sales are By Appointment Only. Our inventory and policies are kept current on our website. The quality we provide does not exist in most market places. That is why 98% of our customers purchase from out of state. The local advantage is not having to travel the distance or deal with shipping that our many out of state customers do.
Simply follow the steps laid out on our How to Buy Tab:
A) Initially EMAIL US thru the Contact Us Tab. Email allows for us to provide clear concise customer service.
We respond immediately to inquiries that include;
- Stock #('s) of vehicles of interest
- Method of Purchase (cash, wire, partial c/c - see Deposit /Payment Tab for details)
- Time frame to purchase: Currently we are only meeting with people who plan on purchasing within 24 hours. You must bring a filled out company check at the time of appointment, for your purchase. No Check = No Appt.
B) We will send you the OTD price, including NV state fees (tax, title, smog, etc). We abide by our "No Haggle Policy" 100% of the time. Providing you the full "otd" amount prior to our appointment insures that you are fully aware of exactly what the vehicle will cost you to drive off of the lot, avoiding any potential surprise factor in person. (Print off the email including the otd price(s), and bring it with you to your appointment with us).
C) Prior to us scheduling an appointment; we need to be sure that you have narrowed your selection down to a specific vehicle or vehicles that you are ready to purchase.
If you require financing, a pre-approval with terms you are aware of and agree with (pending inspection of the vehicle), must be obtained prior to an appointment being scheduled. At the time of appointment be prepared to at minimum place a $2,000 deposit** - If all is as expected based on our site, the deposit will remove the vehicle you are purchasing from the market, and we will immediately mark it as sold on our website.
D) No 3rd party appointments - we meet with "Decision Makers" only.
E) Because most sales are being sold to out of state buyers that do not require a NV emissions test, we smog certify our vehicles once a local opts to purchase. (during smog certification business hours).
F) Once all of your ducks are in a row - appointments are usually available "next day".
G) As stated in on our Deposits and Payment Methods tab - the vehicle will be ready for you to take delivery, once funds clear our account.
